1. Services Rendered
Cimple Tech Inc. provides custom web design, React and Next.js website engineering, workflow automations, APIs, and digital marketing retainers. Project parameters, delivery dates, and pricing are defined in individual statements of work.
2. Billing & Cancelation
Retainers are billed monthly on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in contract duration. Either party may cancel ongoing services by giving a 30-day notice to hello@cimpletech.us. Outstanding invoices must be settled prior to handover.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Once all outstanding invoices and payments are fully settled, the ownership of custom assets, logo packages, graphics, database designs, and custom codebase architectures is fully transferred to the Client.
4. Support & Handover
Our web builds include hosting configuration and SSL deployment checklists. Maintenance services post-launch are governed by your selected retainer option (e.g. Cloud Hosting & Maintenance).
